Spurs Fan Shop COVID-19 updates and FAQ.


The AT&T Center and The Spurs Fan Shop are currently closed and have ceased all non-essential operations. This has and will continue to have a significant impact on our ability to fulfill orders and address most customer inquiries. While we do not have a specific timeline for resuming operations we expect this shut down to be temporary and are closely monitoring the situation. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused customers and fans and ask that you have patience in these trying times. We wish for the health and safety of everyone impacted by this pandemic and hope to be able to serve you again soon. Frequently Asked Questions.


When will my order ship?


We do not have an ETA on when most orders will be shipping. Our best guess is late May/June before we can start fulfilling orders. However, the situation here changes rapidly and this could be an earlier or later date.


Some jersey order that are produced by 3rd party vendors may continue to ship on schedule.


How can I cancel my order?


We will reach out to all open orders and offer you the option of waiting or cancelling your order.


Is there someone I can talk to?


Currently, we have extremely limited staffing. This has substantially impacted our ability to provide timely customer service. Area’s that have been impacted include:


            In Person – Both store locations are closed and no staff is available to speak to in person.

            Phone Lines – All phone lines for the Spurs Fan Shop are currently unmonitored. We are unable to answer them, check messages, or return phone calls.

            Email – Email is being sporadically monitored. We will try to read all emails and address issues, but will likely not be able to respond to all of them. Timelines for this will vary based on staff availability but they will be longer than usual.


Can I return items?


No. We are currently unable to receive or process returns. You may request a return, but please do not send it back us right now. We will extend the 60 Day return policy to cover the time we are shut down so this will not impact your ability to return an item in the future.
