How To Return An Item:
- Click the Return Portal link below
- Provide your Order # and Billing Zip Code used for this order
- Choose items to return
- Choose the reason for the return
- Choose the return method
- Confirm and submit
- For Return Bar Drop-offs, you will be emailed a QR code to provide the store when dropping off.
- For Mail Returns, you will be emailed a downloadable shipping label with instructions.
- You may return any item for any reason with in 60 days of purchase.
- All returned items must be in new, unused condition, and have all original price tags and/or packaging.
- Custom items (Such as personalized jersey and drinkware) may not be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Return Processing Times:
All return items will be inspected before your refund or exchange is processed. Returns are processed in 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive the return at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, please allow for the following:
- Refunds - 3 to 5 business for the money to post back to your account
- Store Credit - 1 business day for your account to be credited
- Exchange - 1 to 2 business days for the new item to be shipped to you
Return Shipping is your responsibility. Please use an established shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for missing or undelivered returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
For damaged or incorrect items, we will exchange the item at no cost to you. Damaged and defective items must be returned within 30 days of the order's ship date. For damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible after you have received your order. We will start a ticket and, if possible, replace your item immediately. If you would prefer a refund, you will need to return the item to us first.
