How To Return An Item:

  • In-Store Returns
    1. Print and fill out this Merchandise Return Form
    2. Visit any Spurs Fan Shop location
    3. Provide this form to the cashier when you drop off your return.
  • Shipped Returns
    1. Click the Return Portal
    2. Provide your Order # and Billing Zip Code used for this order
    3. Choose items to return
    4. Choose the reason for the return
    5. Choose the return method
    6. Confirm and submit
    7. For Mail Returns, you will be emailed a downloadable shipping label with instructions.

Return Policy:

  • You may return any non-final sale item for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returned items must be in new, unused condition, and have all original price tags attached and/or packaging.
  • Custom items (Such as personalized jerseys and drinkware) may not be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or misprinted.


Return Processing Times:

All return items will be inspected before your refund or exchange is processed. Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive them at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, please allow for the following:

  • Refunds - 3 to 5 business days for the money to post back to your account
  • Store Credit - 1 business day for your account to be credited
  • Exchange - 1 to 2 business days for the new item to be shipped to you


Return Shipping is your responsibility. Please use an established shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for missing or undelivered returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

For damaged or incorrect items, we will exchange the item at no cost to you. Damaged and defective items must be returned within 30 days of the order's ship date. For damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will start a ticket and replace your item immediately. If you would prefer a refund, you will need to return the item to us first.

Swingman and Authentic Jersey Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges and returns for authentic or swingman jerseys will not be accepted for the following reasons:
    • Players who no longer play for the San Antonio Spurs because they were cut, traded, retired, suspended, injured, incarcerated, or any other reason
    • When a player's number, name, or role changes
    • When a team's jersey changes (e.g., change in manufacturer, city, logo, team name, design, etc.)
    • Autographed jerseys
    • Any other apparel items that are not jerseys (e.g., tees, fleece, caps)
