At the Spurs Fan Shop, we offer several options for shipping.
Please note, the shipping options and times below reflect shipping transit times only, as it does not account for order fulfillment time. Fulfillment times range from same-day to 3 business days, depending on the time of year and items ordered. Once the order is fulfilled, it ships via the chosen shipping options detailed below.
Shipping Options and Transit Times:
Most orders are shipped via UPS. The customer may choose from the following shipping methods:
- Standard Delivery - 3 to 10 business days. Orders shipped using Standard Delivery will ship with UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. These will arrive within 3-10 business days from the shipping date.
- 2nd Day Delivery- 2 to 3 business days. Orders shipped using 2nd Day delivery will ship via the UPS 2nd Day service and will arrive in two business days from the shipping date. There may be rare instances when this service takes three business days, depending on the destination entered by the customer.
- Overnight Delivery- One business day. Orders will ship via UPS Overnights and will arrive in one business day from the shipping date.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with personalized tracking details, including all of the information needed to track the arrival of your package.
International Shipping:
We offer shipping to many destinations worldwide and all APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International orders are shipped via USPS and you can select either priority or express options.
- International Priority - 7 to 20 Business Days
- International Express - 5 to 10 Business Days
Please note these are best guess estimates and orders may arrive sooner or later depending on the customs processes of the destination address.
The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees that may be incurred. These fees are not charged at the time of purchase.
Fulfillment Time for In-Store Pick-up Orders:
Current fulfillment times for pick-up order at Frost Bank Center may vary, but can take up to 4 business days depending on the item ordered and the event schedule at Frost Bank Center.
Exceptions:
- Swingman Jerseys: Available for pick-up within 2-4 weeks as these are made-to-order.
- Authentic Jerseys: Available for pick-up within 4-6 weeks as these are made-to-order.
- Direct From Manufacturer: Available within 1-4 weeks upon fulfillment from the manufacturer.
Fulfillment Time for Shipped Orders:
Current fulfillment times vary, but can take up to 3 business days depending on the item ordered and the event schedule at Frost Bank Center.

- Swingman Jerseys: Available for pick-up within 2-4 weeks as these are made-to-order.

Drop Ship Items, Swingman Jerseys and Authentic Jerseys:
Some items offered on the site ship directly from the manufacturer and are made to order. These items will ship separately from other items in your order. Fulfillment times for these items vary, but custom items can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
Lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages:
The Spurs Fan Shop is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages unless the fault is proven to be ours. If you live in an area with a history of missing packages, please ask for signature confirmation.
Exceptions:
- Swingman Jerseys: Available for pick-up within 2-4 weeks, as these are made to order.
- Authentic Jerseys: Available for pick-up with 4-6 weeks, as these are made to order.
