In-store Pick-up Orders will be held at your selected pick-up location for up to 15 business days.
If the order is not picked up before 15 business days upon receiving your Pick-Up Confirmation email, then your order will be refunded and placed back on the shelf.
Here is How to Pick-Up Your Order:
- For in-store pick-ups, visit the pick up location selected at checkout. (Spurs Fan Shop at the Frost Bank Center's hours of operation for the public vary on game/ event days. For game/ event day pick-ups, please check out our Store Hours to ensure that you can pick up this order before the store closes for games/ events. If you are planning to pick up your order during a game at the Frost Bank Center, you must have a ticket to the game as the store will be closed off to the public. If you do have a ticket to the game, please proceed to our Custom Jersey Stand located in Section 118 on the Plaza Level as all orders will be directed to this location on game days.
- Show the cashier this email with the order number.
- The cashier will hand your order to you to enjoy!
